I am an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, with over 25 years of experience practicing before both the High Court Division and the Appellate Division.
My practice focuses on Fiscal Law, Company Law, Admiralty Law, Corporate Compliance, Constitutional Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation, and Financial Crime Advisory. Over the years, I have built a strong foundation in Bangladesh’s financial and regulatory landscape, advising on complex legal and compliance matters.
Currently, I am a Managing Partner at Jurist Syndicate and a Partner at Judicium Barristers & Advocates. I also serve as Legal and Financial Advisor to the Army Welfare Trust, Military Engineering Services, and Sena Kalyan Sangstha, as well as more than 600 national and international entities.
My work engages extensively with complex governance and regulatory frameworks, driving a focused interest in financial crime prevention and enforcement. I am particularly concerned with how regulatory gaps and institutional weaknesses generate systemic risk. Through this experience, I have developed a rigorous, evidence-based understanding of how such deficiencies and enforcement limitations enable and sustain financial crime.
In addition to my legal practice, I have authored six peer-reviewed articles since 2024 on the intersection of artificial intelligence, criminal justice systems, and financial crime governance. These publications form part of my ongoing doctoral research and reflect my commitment to advancing legal thought in emerging areas.
